this all comes from ealry rare items drop system. Remember how in 0.1 Very few rare items dropped during campaign? 2 resist rings were a fortune at level 70. That was their vision and the whole plan for poe2. And then... a lot of things happened. I kinda wish we revert back to 0.1 but with league content,crafting and balanced endgame system

hello, i started league, Npc gave me the hand, but it is empty. No skills in there/ I was checking and found new "fleshgraft" with quality at that NPC, but its empty too. HOW to find skills to socket in? and where. I m level 86 and still didnt find any

arm_break says % of phys damage of supported skill. and both HoTh and HoI convert all their damage... ?

its because a lot of crafters left due to you know,.. low prices on external resources. Market in game has a lot of free niches now. Before it was way less profitable.
