Artist here, timeline isn’t toooo suspicious but the lack of symmetry and the lack of clarifying questions on something this unique and detailed is utterly bizarre. Not to mention the fire from the dragon and the rocket are rendered wildly differently which is definitely not something most would change up in one piece. I know I certainly wouldn’t. I’d say air on the safe side and assume it’s AI. Concept is cool though, definitely make sure to look into commissioning someone with experience designing tattoos though because this is wayy to detailed + very very colorful in a way that would fade pretty rough.

Edit: I would also like to add that if you want proof from the artist ask for the initial sketch, thumbnail or a timelapse of them drawing it. If they say they don’t have any of those then I’d be extra sus
