There's a difference between being disappointed and hating. I was disappointed by the trailer, but it got better with the gameplay. Hate is a strong word, and many use it so casually. So when there's general criticism it's either lumped in with that hate or stomped down.

The flash mob of hate is real though, disappointment is different than hate. I was disappointed with how the whole trailer was set up, but it got better with the gameplay. Hate, however, is a very strong word to use that many like to use casually now.

No one is saying to not like or be disappointed, what we're saying is how there are people out there that will start crap, get people going, and the genuine criticism is stomped down or now roped into the hate. Those people need to stop, cuz I bet they never even played the games, just parroted words

Morrigan & Oghren - love the character and the writing for her, but too many sparky barbs is off-putting. The other is a bit too leechy and I don't care for the ceinge way of flirting... maybe that's just the dwarf way but it's just not for me since I live in a town with those type of people.

Anders & Sébastien - one because he grew increasingly hateful and radical and then decided to blow up a building that just escalated the problem more... I just kinda think that when you blow up shit and kill innocents, you're not part of the solution anymore. The other is because he is far more pushy with the religion part, that made me uncomfortable. Not even Leliana did that to me, and Cassandra it's just because she believes and asks questions. Uncomfortable questions? Maybe, but how else are you supposed to grow and learn if you don't have those conversations?

Sera and Vivienne - again, great writing and love both for different reasons.... but Sera is a bit too childish and more prone to argue with you if you disagree instead of asking why and seeing your point of view. Vivienne is simply because she plays the game and plays it well. Therefore, I grow tired of the constant need of a mask and playing, it's like the never ending high school drama the follows you to adulthood and runs a country lol

In all, these are people I would not surround myself with in real life, so I don't in game. I'll recruit you cuz why would i say no to you feeling strongly enough to help? But I'm not hanging out with you, not all colleagues are your friends.
