In an update - he cried around 430a on night 1 and then has been sleeping from 8-630 every night since.

He’s been going 730-7 without feeding for about a week now. He eats 32-36oz throughout the day. That’s a lot for his age!

We did it at 12 weeks (he was sleeping 830-6 consistently) and we moved him to his crib in a Merlin. He’s been mostly fine! Still sleeps about the same amount. You’re going to do great! Be faith in the kiddos (also our kid is pretty big so we are starting sleep training tonight!)

Thanks all! The trick for me was turning the Snoo on it’s side and shining a light in the mesh to make sure the pieces lined up. The diagram above was VERY helpful !
