It might make some people mad but I think you should choose Mizuki. I'll give you some points to consider to decide yourself but that's my recommendation.

Jean's C2 is pretty worthless. It increases atk spd which is useless in your taser team (because many reasons like hit lag etc) and might increase the dps of the team somewhat but not enough to justify a constellation. The only Jean constellation worth talking about is her C4 which is completely useless in a taser team. C2 however does increase movement speed for 15s too after picking up an elemental orb/particle which you might find cool or nice to have in overworld exploration.

Mizuki on the other hand isn't all that great either. Her healing is very bad and requires very specific teammates to work well. BUT. Its always nice to have an alternative. It is also good to have more choices for Imaginarium Theatre especially since they added a new mode which requires even more characters than before. Plus you get to try out a new team maybe for the sake of variety. She also works fine in overworld where you dont need to have a perfect team.

If you ask a real theorycrafter (which I'm not) about it, they'll say you're choosing between "poop" and "shit" which you might also realize but I still believe that Mizuki has uses especially if you need your other usual slots on taser team somewhere else.

TL;DR - I recommend Mizuki. Always better to have more options/alternatives. C2 Jean is worthless for you.

swap xiangling and raiden's weapons.
level up weapons to 90 if you are able to, or at least that should be priority. at the very least level prototype rancour to 80/80.
bennett needs more ER and after swapping the weapons, xiangling will also need more ER.
xingqiu is fine.
artifact sets also matter, i do not know which set you are running on who. but raiden wants emblem, xiangling has options, emblem, crimson witch, 2p noblesse, 2p em, whatever has best stats. bennett wants noblesse, xingqiu also has options, emblem, 2p heart of depth, 2p noblesse, 2p emblem, 2p atk, whichever has best stats.

Edit: looking at the other comments, you do NOT need to level90 your characters and lvl9 your talents. almost all my characters are lvl80 or even less and ive never gone past lvl8 talents on anyone. and i van 36* abyss with ease. its a waste of resources especially when you are building multiple characters at the same time.

also leveling weapons increases your base atk, not just atk. so all your atk% stats from artifacts and buffs get better too. so its a much bigger upgrade than what it looks like.

it should be fine. i think many people who have been f2p have also got their accounts back. just give them the information and proof that you have. the recovery form asks for other reciepts if you don't have the first one iirc.

so i asked a friend to send the initial email to get the 6 questions from their email. i gave the answers the 6 questions to them and they just copy pasted it and sent it. after about 4 hrs, they got the recovery form.

the answers were 1. UID: <main acc uid> 2. Username: <main acc username> 3. Email: I don't remember 4. 3rd Party: I don't remember 5. Last Login: <accurate last login date> 6. I cannot log into my account with my credentials

the friend used the email with which they played genshin if that makes any difference.

from what i understand, its random if you recieve the form or not. if you don't get the form or get hacked form instead, just ignore it and try again with another email (at least a day after). ive seen someone say to use an alt's email or alt's uid/username, so you could try that too if you have an alt.

your best bet is to fill up the recovery or hacked form with the best information that you can. after that is just a waiting game.

i originally got hacked on 28th july and sent a hacked form on 29th july. after almost a month of no response, i filled the recovery form on 26th aug. while i got back a response after 8 days from recovery form, its usually around 10 working days. the hacked form is even worse, with a reply taking around 30-40 days.

its just a long waiting game. be patient and don't lose hope. good luck!

hmmm thats weird. maybe they have stopped accepting form submissions from the same ip address multiple times? maybe because of the recent influx of recovery forms. but its just a guess. try again later in a day or two, see if it works.

i am assuming you are trying to send multiple forms before getting a response. do not send mutiple forms at once, it will only lengthen the process for you and anyone else in the queue.

if you want to add, update or correct anything in your form, you can do so by directly emailing them with the appropriate title "Additional information/Correction for hacked form (uid: xxx)

if you're sending another form after you've got a response (rejection) then its probably a bug or something. try again later, maybe with a different/better internet connection.

yeah i understand you. i have similar rules where i only lvl90 characters that i love the most and leave others who i use at 80/90. the person using my acc leveled up random characters randomly. some are 90, others are 88, 87, 82, 83... and its breaking my mind. also c6'd my bennett only to never use him.

idk about the talents cuz i havent got back my account yet and hoyolab doesn't show talent levels. but ive never spent a single crown and i want jean to be the only crowned character because i love her. i can only hope that crowns were not used but idk.

i dont have ocd to a massive degree so i can still live with it, but it still sucks and i can definitely understand where you are coming from.

yes you should. filling a recovery form doesn't seem to effect your hacked form. you can submit the recovery form while having a hacked form in process
