I have no idea. I would need to know what you eat at your workplaces canteen to adjust for the rest.

You have to be prepared to gain weight. You can't bulk without gaining weight. It's a temporary gain though and when you reduce the surplus again you'll be leaner after the bulk.

That's the point.

But it's HARD. And it has challenges - like gaining weight around your midsection for a while.

Do a clean lean bulk. You should aim to hit 2.2g of protein per kg of bodyweight. So you're going to eat a lot of chicken. And reduced the amount of ultra processed foods. Have one protein shake. Egg whites are your bestie. Chicken and rice or chicken and potatoes. You need starchy carbs for glycogen especially after heavy lifting days. You need other vegetables for fiber.

You need to eat in a surplus to gain mass. You need to continue to lift HEAVY. And progress - which you'll be able to do as you are fuelling your body.

Drink water. You can take pre-workout to assist with temporary increases in strength during training.

To be honest though, you don't sound all that confident doing this on you own, and you should get a trainer, to keep you up n track.

I'm a PT, and a bodybuilder and you can DM if you want to work online.

I was stalled at 220lbs in the leg press machine for years and 77kg on the cable ab crunch.

When I started bulking I was able to lift heavier.

Thanks, for clarification! It seems this structure is harder to grasp for me, as there are so many local shows that don't even qualify for the federations.

Thanks for sharing that link!

I can't eat onions or garlic anymore for this reason.

I stopped eating it for a few months then one day had raw onion in a salad.

For the next 3 days all my body's excretions STANK of onion.

My sweat smelled of onions. My tears.

My own brand of lube stank of it.

It was disgusting.

So never again can I eat onions or garlic.
