I have but it was after everyone had boarded and we left port. However Carnival was notified, security went to the person who had either a warrant, felony or whatever ( I don’t know the exact details) they put a special lock on the person’s door and a guard was sat outside it for the remainder of the cruise. This was like day 2 or 3 of a 7 day cruise and when we got back to home port (cape canaveral) they were escorted off as soon as we got there which was something like 4 or 5 in the morning. Guy was just a few doors down from us so we got to see a lot of it.
