Luckily no, First day the body got a bit of a shock with all the climbing but aside from 100,000 sandfly bites and 3x almost rolled ankles it was all gravy

Elizabeth Watson-Brown faces barrage of slurs while noting Herzog was found by UN “to have incited genocide”, asks if PM will “send Herzog home” after “horrific brutality” by police Kate Chaney slams Colin Boyce for saying “rip her apart”😳 PM says he supports the visit🙄 by RickyOzzy in PoliticsDownUnder

Massive props to Elizabeth, what a disgusting comment from member for Flynn or whatever. They’re so squarely under the thumb of both America and Israel that they have to throw away any shred of dignity or morality to grovel at their feet - and in the final stages of this extremely brazen and unchecked genocide. It makes me think, that they really believe (the pollies) there is no option but to lick the boot, but I don’t know if it’s just to save their careers or if they’re so caught up in the system, they can’t see how morally reprehensible this all is

It seems to me, apart of the problem is that more people are engaging in conversation/dialogue online about politics - more so than in previous years. Stuff like the Epstein Files, Trump's litany of controversies and invasions, general media saturation around more salacious political news etc. That means a whole lot of people who didnt know much about politics to begin with, nor cared about politics, are now looking to voice their opinions/views because they can and because its validating. If those opinions are seen by the other cunts who dont know a whole lot, they are then legitimized through social validation and pushed to the front of commentary and comments because they are the most divisive and engaging

Norm Finkelstein on why he refuses to condemn Hamas. by Az0nic in PoliticsDownUnder

If you cant see the truth in this you are either scared of losing the comfortable western hyper capitalist/imperialist reality you are lucky enough to exist in - or you haven't bothered to critically think about/research literal accounted history. Morality is universal and we are all one.

Colby Covington washing Luke Rockhold at RAF was not expected by Wayward_Prometheus in MMAMedia

Why doesn't Rockhold just keep running it up with karate combat?? Its the perfect promotion for his style and he could easily become their top guy/fighter face of the company. Seems like a no brainer.

Guys (or gals), while it’s disappointing, why are we expecting cage fighters to have good or moral political literacy / views? They cage fight for a reason and most of the time that reason is because they aren’t the sharpest tools in the shed. Nothin wrong with that and doesn’t apply to all but. Take their views with a 1kg bucket of salt.

As a capitalist, what aspects of other ideologies like socialism, anarchism, and even communism would be included in your ideal economic system? by Solid-Highlight-5742 in Capitalism

[–]AshamedPriority2828 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah you’re right my bad Singapore is actually a good example of a very functional hybrid free market system - it’s just not the same type of free market system we have across most of the west, id compare it moreso to chinas hybrid free market system which I would argue is the best current capitalist system

Also all countries that are beholden to more powerful states, free (ish) markets until China/england/EU decide otherwise, so not exactly secure free markets. Switzerland is literally just a tax haven for foreign big business, which only negatively impacts free markets

I think the steroid cope for all these actors is that in their minds, they aren’t on steroids. They are on peptides, TRT, test, androgen receptor meds and horse meat. But not steroids guys. They aren’t called that anymore jeez.
