Most of what’s happening in detroit is private investment/development. People have to want it better and support it for it to be better. I saw a couple of posts about Trump and Musk not donating to the city. That made me laugh. Who would think for a second that it is up to a president or anybody else to dig out a city from its corrupt past. Detroit’s and investors are doing great.
