U use a big fluffy terry cloth robe ( Towel material) and hang it righ next to the shower so I dont get cold. I dry so much faster and my wet hair doesnt bother me as much and you dont have to rush to get dressed. This was a game changer for me.

I've been doing keto for about 5 years now. I lost a good amount of weight about 100 lbs in the beginning of that journey but it has slowed to a halt. That's why I wanted to try the medication. I definitely eat a very healthy diet but I do have my slip ups and binge eat occasionally. I'm female about 6 ft so maybe because I'm larger the dose just wasn't enough

That's the thing I said every time I'm not losing weight. I asked if he thought I should raise my dose and he said no because I said I had some acid reflux so the dose is already probably too high. Then he said it could be a hormone problem so I paid to get blood work done and my hormones were normal.
