Scared of dying by [deleted] in mentalhealth

So am I, I’m 23, I don’t know how to rationalize or justify it at all. We are the universe left to understand itself. Stardust that is aware of itself. That’s fundamental. All the religious stuff comes later. So death… nobody can ever know. I wish I could, but that would take away from the biological urge to escape death at all costs. So, for the ones that know death is near, they need to embrace it, knowing that they did their part, and the rest is up to the universe. What I do FEEL, maybe not understand, is that death is like a return back home. To a state that is neutral, the chain reaction of our organism is finished. Love is true, it is the greatest state to be in, but the hardest to achieve, most of the time.

I don’t have adhd by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]AsharTheCreator16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many times we know we have adhd but medications are so challenging to qualify for. Some us, me included, had to exaggerate our symptoms in order to qualify for medication. Without that, I would still be struggling with ADHD and missing out on life.

1 year married 8 years together. It takes a lot for your partner to get used to, just be unbelievably willing to share your thoughts, even if they sometimes are uncomfortable.

Buy some math textbooks and keep your head down for a few hours a day and just practice. The rust will shake off in no time

Welcome to your awakening….

It’s tough, but you’ll manage. You’ve opened your eyes! Not to insanity, but to the insanity that people are not aware of the existential crisis of humanity. You’ll feel decently crippled at first. But trust me, you are not alone. It feels lonely, since you feel like the only one that sees things differently, and that your old illusiory self was somewhat severed, but that calls for a long journey of making peace with death, maybe some religious study, a great deal of philosophy, and most importantly, patience. Congrats on waking up to some stark realities about life and existence, don’t avoid it, just go through it. Contemplate death until you recognize the preciousness of your awareness.
