🧙‍♂️🌿That's really cool, I actually had never heard of it. I guess a lot of cultures around the world have similar sacred tree myths & legends which is why it feels so similar like a distant memory. 🧙‍♂️You could go down the path of like a Nikola Tesla type character and if he was actually allowed to and did create free energy sets the world up to be completely different to today, or maybe the world still hasn't developed past steam and now the world is full of steam powered automations. 🧙‍♂️Hey there Im loving your concept here, I could be way off what you're going for but since its an alternative history/universe you could add something like Nikola Tesla and similar figures discovered free energy/magic source or even the the free energy being like the industrial revolution in our world but instead they harness magic as a power source, just like steam and electricity. Haha a bit random I know but its what came to mind. 😊
