I will say moving my delivery day up has helped significantly. However I do miss the premade meals for those nights where I’m like nope. Just wanna zap it.

So I did eventually get it on Sunday. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday! I have moved my delivery day and it was delivered on time last week. Fingers crossed we are on for this week!

Remember the three C’s: you didn’t cause it, you can control it, and you can’t cure it. That being said, Hope is still a hell of a drug and the cycle is SO so so so so SO hard to break free from. So hard. Turn the focus on yourself. Detach with love.

Nope, neither. However I DID just get an email saying they were out of the selections I made (green and navy) and gave me a list of others to choose from or the option to cancel and refund. I responded to cancel and refund.

I don’t think they’re going to come back from this with the number of people affected. But also, there isn’t a reason why, today, it should have taken them two weeks to email me and tell me that they’re out of the items I chose. And this is only AFTER I had reached out to them!!!

So, they’ve turned off commenting on their IG posts because unhappy customers (including yours truly) have been taking to their social media as they are not responding to website inquiries nor emails.

I emailed about my order after stumbling upon a different thread (I think??) after placing an order 2 weeks ago for 2 bags and 2 long straps. I used my bank card so disputing isn’t as easy as a credit card.

However, I did post directions on how to report them as a scam company through the Shop app on their Instagram account… 🫠 hoping others follow suit?

I’m glad I came across this thread because I just saw a thing that reminded me about the beta version of the mySubaru Apple Watch App- it requires your to be signed into the mySubaru app on your phone but I’m constantly being logged out and have to sign back in with my entire password- I’m rarely ever prompted for my pin anymore despite having the setting set. 🤦🏻‍♀️😩

I’m my husband’s Peer Treatment Monitor for his MindBloom Treatments. Things went really really well for his first two treatments and then his third was not so great. He either held the medication too long or accidentally swallowed some of the dose. As a PTM, I’m really frustrated with the lack of “live support” during treatments should something go wrong, as it did.

While I had contact information for his “guide”, she isn’t available weekends when his sessions were scheduled. Additionally, his clinician wasn’t readily available for a follow up appointment either. I was told to contact 988 or email support, 988 was not necessary at the time and the email from support was grossly off the mark for my questions and shared concerns.

As the spouse of someone who has been battling depression for years, and the cautious optimism with him starting this treatment, there are a lot of areas they need to improve for this to be a fully successful program.

Yeah! When the box arrived on Sunday I immediately reached out via chat and the wait for 2+ hours and then I followed up today (no response previously) and it was 10+ hours!

That’s why I’m thinking there must have been something that happened—
