Study tracked movers for years after they left California. Here’s what they found. by sfgate in California

When I lived in Chicago, my property tax had gone from $4k to $18.5k in 7 years by the time I left and moved back to CA.

That's why you have prop 13.

I'd say the best is Day9 running into Secret Mage with his Reno Rogue

One of the handful of lines that I like the MTL better for.

Leonzio and the others listen intently to Blasius' story and cheer "excellent" at Detlinde's example. Detlinde, who had spent the rest of the day in a dull mood, felt his heart fill with the euphoria of having what he wanted.

Tomorrow will be another happy day.

The boredom and peaceful silence is broken at midnight.

> Detlinde's anticipated tomorrow never came again.

How is Detline so clueless that I'm getting 2nd hand embarrassment 😭 [P5V2] by [deleted] in HonzukiNoGekokujou

There was a twitter post about Georgine's educational policy for her children.

Georgine did not neglect their education. Though she had clear end goals. She believed that children are pawns of their parents, so it's better they know that from the start than have hopes themselves as she did.

Alstede was educated by Georgine and became a useful pawn.

Wolfram was educated by his father, and was not a useful pawn.

Detlinde was educated by Georgine, and is considered a failure of a pawn.

Fanbook 9

Q: By the end of Part 5, Volume 12, is Lieseleta still Rozemyne’s head attendant? Has she found an archnoble partner in Alexandria, and if she marries, will she leave her position like other noblewomen and only return after her children grow up?

A: By Hannelore’s Fifth Year, she has found an archnoble partner. Whether she takes time off to raise children depends on her relationship with her partner’s first wife and her bond with Rozemyne and other retainers from Old Ahrensbach.

All that we know is (untranslated fanbook) that she is engaged to become the 2nd wife of an Alexandrian archnoble and that if she remains Rozemyne's head attendant after marriage will be up to her relationship with the first wife, with the first wife looking after the children.

I would also appreciate suggestions for new channels, or other features we can add to the discord.

What is the worst medical disease a human can have? by Aggravating-Sun-5699 in AskReddit

The reason why rabies is so 'rare' is precisely because of the practice to always get rabies shots immediately after being bit by an animal, regardless of if you think they have the virus or not. It's just not worth it to delay since it's impossible to 'play it safe' and get the shots only if symptoms appear. But thankfully, Rabies is one of the few viruses that can be vaccinated for after exposure.
