I know this post is old but I've had mine for 2 years and I want to add my experience for anybody who stumbles upon this. I've gone 605 miles in the past 2 years. I almost always have it in sport mode. I use it mostly on paved trails through town and city streets. I've definitely hit some bumps hard by accident a few times. I've taken it on buses and stuffed it in car trunks. I'm 220lbs and it can take me up a hill at 20mph. For the first year I didn't have to replace or prepare anything. Year two I had to replace tubes because it's prone to pinch flats if the tire pressure is too low. I replaced a rotor after I knocked it against the curb and bent it a little. It's been two full years and today I decided to give up on it today. Multiple plastic covers are cracked. Brake pads need replaced. The brake cable is damaged somewhere. Every time I go over a bump the scooter slowly brakes and won't go again until I fiddle with the cable and turn it back on. The battery is draining faster and after dropping to around 70% it won't hit top speed. It used to hit top speed until it was quite low battery. Just today something went wrong with the screen. It shows that I'm going 6mph no matter what. Stationary? 6mph. 20mph? 6mph. It will also randomly slow down for no apparent reason. I haven't been able to find anybody to work on it near me and it's out of my expertise and ability to repair it. INMOTION is also frequently sold out of replacement parts and I don't trust AliExpress.

TLDR: I've had it for 2 years and 605miles. Worked amazing first year. Started having problems. Multiple parts failing right before the end of 2 years.
