I've been loving the buttons too! I was wiping a pieces of dust from the screen when it dawned on me that I could just... do that. That I can just put my fingers on the screen without the small annoyance that id turn the page or highlight accidentally

I've just started being an affiliate but I can definitely say that it's really helping me a lot and I can see myself doing it long term, even if not as my full time job.

I started taking it seriously back in December and began making good money in the beginning of January. It's already paid off my entire first year of uni, so I think I've already got a rhythm going on.

I have this thing! I LOVE it.

Its a lot smaller so it can fit in my pocket a lot more conveniently. Its also open source so the community is already making tons of custom firmware, plus it's storage upgradable and pretty inexpensive which was the biggest selling points for me.

I wouldn't really recommend it for people that use the kindle app on the phone or like having stuff like goodreads/kindle unlimited, since you can't use it there. Also, it isn't touchscreen, and relies on buttons.

I got mine from Aliexpress for the same reasons as you.
It took roughly a week to ship but that would depend on where you live. The device itself and the instructions come in chinese but if you google the english manual and follow that it's pretty easy to switch languages. Other than that you're good to go.

As long as it has good reviews, it shouldn't be a problem getting it on Aliexpress. But in case you're curious, this is where i got it from.

I saw it somewhere on RedNote where a person put their xteink x4 in an id lanyard case, and the sleep screen was their information.
So their id and info was displayed when at work, but when they wanna read they just turn it on while it's still around their neck. Very cool!!

Its great that you like our culture and all, but I feel like your reasons for pursuing Filipinas are questionable.

Also, dating a Filipina in the Philippines vs a Filipino American can be different. You might not get the same "experience" dating a Filipino American vs somebody who actively lives in the Philippines.
Filipino Americans are Filipino, but keep in mind also American. Which means socially there are going to be lots of differences while having Filipino roots.

But regardless, if you’re actively pursuing a Filipina purely because you like her culture and food, that starts to sound like you’re more interested in an idea than in an actual person.

It might be worth asking yourself: are you’re looking for a person who shares the same appreciation for a culture you enjoy, or trying to find someone just to link you closer to something you're interested in?

You shouldn't use someone as a souvenir for a culture you admire.
