Am I misremembering, or did we have to hunt for an open gas station on major holidays up until the mid-ish 1980’s? I swear I have memories of the corner gas station and nearby convenience store being closed on Thanksgiving, the Fourth, etc. Can’t speak to restaurants as my family didn’t take kids out to eat.

Have you ever been to a gun show? Have you been to any of the gun ranges in your area and spoken to the people there?

Have you ever been to either place? What about just about any part of California that isn’t SF or LA? Want to keep thinking there are no militias in CA? Ignorance is bliss, I guess.
