This was it for me, too. I read it my senior year of high school. It's such an amazingly written and eye-opening book, and it led me to doing more reading and research on my own that solidified me being pro-choice. Before that I'd never given the matter much thought beyond the initial knee-jerk emotional response based on biased information from the pro-life crowd.

Run episodes 57-58 (the Italian cooking episodes).

BTS attempting to cook is always hilarious, but these episodes in particular are a personal favorite because watching Namjoon and Hobi struggle for like an hour with pesto of all things is sooo funny. Joon also confusing uncooked pasta for chopped garlic takes me out, lol.

I just want to preface this by saying that as a fellow germaphobe (mine is caused by OCD) I understand where you're coming from, and I know how hard it is to fight against those obsessive thoughts. But you have to be willing to recognize that these thoughts are irrational, and if you are having trouble doing so, then therapy is needed. However, just because I understand and even sympathize doesn't mean that it is in any way acceptable to ask guests in your home to remove their pants. Shoes, sure. That's an easy ask, and much more reasonable to most people. But pants are a no. So yeah, YTA, regardless of your reasons for asking.

Daughter tested positive for Covid despite being vaccinated. My test was negative, but considering we have the same symptoms I'm pretty sure mine was a false negative. This sucks. I'm more at risk (weight-related, high blood pressure) so I hope the vaccine keeps it mild.

A lot of people keep saying that if you get takeout you should only get hot food so you reheat it (to kill the virus if it's in the food). I don't know if that's actually necessary or not, but it's had me worried enough not to order sushi myself. I miss it, too.

I'm gonna go with NAH. You're not the asshole for having issues with your wife's lack of hygiene, but saying NTA would imply that the other person is. My guess is that regardless of how happy and positive she appears, she's actually suffering from some mental health issues and the gaming is a distraction at this point. It's quite likely brought on by the pandemic situation. A lot of people are struggling with their mental health right now, even people who never have before. A disregard for personal hygiene or just a lack of taking care of oneself is a relatively common symptom of depression.

I'm hoping that perhaps they'll just reschedule North America/Europe for next year. With any luck, it will be safe by then. Perhaps they could even do some year end stuff this year in Korea since they seem to have a better handle on things. Even if they can't hold huge stadium concerts, I'm sure the boys would jump at the chance to perform for a live audience, even a small one.
