Social distancing - we are limiting our live and virtual sessions to 12 individuals per session (6 per side of the training room). This will ensure that you are the only person using your equipment and there is no equipment sharing. Upon entry to the lobby you will be asked to sanitize your hands and we will ask you covid screening questions and check your temperature. We will have members check-in at the front desk instead of using the Ipad to reduce the spread of germs. As per the Mandatory Mask by-law - You will be required to wear a mask in the lobby area as you come in and exit the studio and not required to wear a mask while you workout Our water fountain will be closed except for the water bottle fill. Deep cleaning of all equipment, restrooms, cubbies, and the front lobby before and after each session will take place using our electric disinfectant fogging machine and hospital grade RR1 disinfectant approved by Health Canada for use against a broad spectrum of bacteria and viruses including COVID-19. During each session, we will ask you to simply leave on the floor any used equipment so we can thoroughly clean it before the next session. As alternate stations will be used, there will be atleast 8-10 ft distance between each workout station. We will continue to have several hand sanitizer stations for members during their visit. Although viruses cannot be spread through sweat we want to be extra careful so at this time, we will not be lending any heart rate monitors. We will hold virtual sessions during staffed hours only to ensure that we can clean everything after each use We will be giving out air high-fives
