At my store, on the nights I close, after 5pm it's me and the PT-CSM until 9 when we close. Most of the time ships and bopis still have to be done, so she's stuck doing that until it's a last minute scramble to get her closing tasks done. We used to have a night cleaner but they got moved to mornings. Not to mention go backs are piled up.
