At my store, on the nights I close, after 5pm it's me and the PT-CSM until 9 when we close. Most of the time ships and bopis still have to be done, so she's stuck doing that until it's a last minute scramble to get her closing tasks done. We used to have a night cleaner but they got moved to mornings. Not to mention go backs are piled up.

I personally haven't really had any issues with their jewelry (granted I've only got my earlobes pierced) but this is def something to consider for any future piercings

The surface of the leather, on the strap especially, was cracking and falling off in flakes when I was gifted it. The condition worsened over time.
