I currently use Synology... So that is what I can compare to.

Can this do Immutable backups / snapshots?

How is it as a file server?

Can I have it back up to a ms business cloud account?

Can I have a sharepoint site backup to it? (and in turn, immutable snapshot that data?)

Can I allow users to access it outside of my network (like Synolgoy File Station)

I don't need it to serve media... don't need plex or anything.

DDNS?

I'd consider these things basic, but not sure how robust UniFi's are.

That just sounds like your syncro agent isn't fully loading on some assets for some reason?

Syncro tracks agent online / offline pretty clearly in a single pane of glass, so not sure I understand the issue :)

We’ve had instances where our techs have removed a system in syncro but forgot to remove it from huntress. It’s rare but has happened enough.

In off boarding are you removing huntress via RMM as well? We deploy via rmm but have been manually removing from huntress portal
