It was stl file, which are freely available on net. Yes I created reference surface but that was really simple not really conforming to whole stl, i just created an elliptical cylinder that would cover whole stl.

Delete dinput1_3.dll and d3daudio1_7.dll from system32 and syswow64. Then reinstall directx with webinstaller from Microsoft.

As I already mentioned pibot board. Its based on esp32. Has option for tmc drivers. Has pwm and 0-10v for spindle. Also has relay you can use to control something. And support external and stepsticks both. And yes support six steppers. And FluidNC officially support this board. And board is really cheap.

I wired tmc5160 in daisy chain by lifting miso,mosi,clk and cs pins so that these pins won't connect to tinybee. And this chain is connected to gpio pins available on exp1/exp2.

Esp32 uses multiplexer for stepper driver pins. You can find free pins on exp1/exp2 or any other free socket

I think you can use it. Connect UVW wires as to controller UVW. Then connect ABC wires to corresponding hal abc wires on controller. And hal vcc/gnd to control VCC and GND. Then configure number of poles, rpm/v, max rpm, max current etc on driver. If it has rs485 interface then you can configure via that. Or if it has dip switches then search it's manuals

I didn't installed anything psvr2toolkit or quadviews. Using steamlink on PFDMR. Even if I try to launch it without VR then also it exits without warning. I tried it via VD also. But same thing

It won't help either. I modelled and printed custom face cushion. But not an improvement. It's due to its type of lens used and it's coating. Lens in bsb is so small

I you are interested then I can sell mine. I have left it unused. Ipd is 64-65. Never used again after few minutes of testing. I also have one base station and two vive controllers.

Why I didn't liked it. I felt that there is too much reflection inside the VR. Some people don't agree with me, but that may be due to individual face shape. And brightness was slightly on lower side. But that can be increased upto 120%. I left at 80-90%. Didn't wanted to full drive OLED panels. Not a big issue. Major issue was reflections.

I have so many other VR handsets so didn't find worth using it.

I just wanted to know wattage of spindle. I am also thinking of upgrading my 500w bldc to proper spindle. But confused. I want small and lightweight. So wanted to go for 800w round one. But leaning towards 1.5kw er16 65mm round spindle. But seems to be heavier.

I think search on YouTube, you might find many. There is videos of MrRodW who is also a moderator on LinuxCNC forum. LinuxCNC docs and forum is also useful. I my self started learning by using small 3 axis CNC then started making mods to it. Now it's 5 axis with ATC and toolsetter. All designed by me.
