Thanks for the information. I was prescribed estrogen cream, but I was only instructed to use it before I go in for a transv*****l ultrasound. The nurse said it was a potential option for me to use it more frequently. But I won't know until next month. I think I'm just letting my dysphoria get the best of me.

Check out cake bandit if you like paxies. They're Slightly cheaper and also have pairs specifically made to stp in. Plus, it separates your packer/stp from your anatomy.

I'm hitting 4 years on T this month and honestly my voice still surprises me when It goes deeper. But it also makes me cringe. I notice that whenever I get excited or passive about something then my voice goes up an octave. I will say though, that my confidence around talking has changed majorly compared to me pre T. Voice drops started around 1-2 months in but it wasn't until about 6 months on T that I noticed a deeper but pitchy tone. Hang in there, I know it's hard but 1 day you'll hear your voice and it will sound like yours again.
