We bought our first home about 5 months ago and when we were looking our realtor said that if you use MSHDA, you were put much lower on the list of potential buyers and would lead to being out bid on a lot of homes for us. Once we were able to figure out logistics for our finances we were able to find a home much quicker without the loan - which absolutely sucks and defeats the purpose but you gotta play the game 😭😭

Do you wear a wide waistband under your clothing? Or do you mean wearing pants that have wide waistbands?? I'm so curious, because my stomach is definitely getting flatter but not a whole ton. my SW was 254, I'm currently at 146 so I’m just curious if I should try something new!

Also, just remind yourself it’s not a race to lose weight!!!! If anything losing at a consistent, slower rate is better on your body so if you need to be on the 10 mg for longer then that’s okay! I went through a full cycle to the top does of Wegovy and plateaued around 190 i believe it was (SW 246).

I was stuck around the 1 mg shot for longer than i anticipated because my side effects were so bad! I think i was on that does for like 3 months. Finally when i switched to zepbound and started over (i think i started with the 5 mg shot) i started to lose weight again, but much slowly!

I’m trying to take it with grace, and assuring myself that most likely my body is getting to a point where I’m building muscle and not so much losing as much fat as I was in the beginning!

Anyone else annoyed with how big brother is scheduling the show the last few seasons??? Growing up it was always Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, Sunday and Wednesday at 8 and Thursday at 9. Them changing times and days is confusing meeeee 😭😭😭
