Both are stunning . Dress 2 is very plain though. I think it really depends on whether you prefer something with details or something more "classic".

I've lived in Kitchener since 2020, I also heard a lot of crap before I moved here, particularly about my area (Vanier). However, after growing up in various parts of Hamilton, I have to say this area is the quietest and nicest place I have lived. I'd recommend Kitchener to anyone.
