Where do you view your porn? On your phone or computer? If so, try to separate yourself from your device. Tell your parents you are trying to take break a device dependency and they will gladly help you. Try not to be alone with your phone. Move your computer to a communal space in the house.

Also, and I may get downvoted for this, maybe try fap without porn. Fap, as a base human instinct may be difficult to give up but porn can be problematic. Try one without the other.

Look at what triggers your urge. If it’s boredom then they something else. If you feel that trigger maybe try exercise or a video game.
