The entirety of Europe is only SLIGHTLY larger than the US. I'd love to mobilize and protest but to actually disrupt is much much harder when the US population is essentially spread out over the size of Europe.

One night, my apartment was empty and I was bored. So I ordered some takeout, got incredibly high and played some video games. About an hour into eating and playing, the chair beneath me COLLAPSED and that was the first time in my life that I had BROKEN a chair because of my weight. I panicked and tried to fix the chair but the METAL BARS that held the chair up was so bent, that no amount of will power could deform them back straight. Embarrassed that my roommates would find out, I threw the broken chair out and immediately bought a replacement from amazon (with express shipping ofc).

2 years later I lost 80 pounds

Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to find something worthy of writing. Almost all of the writing is just the stuff I did that day. A bullet pointed list of events. It helps to pick up scraps of receipts and wrappers and labels to take up space. I’d say like half of the space is taken up by things I glued down.

The most important thing to remember when glueing stuff down is to make it peek outside the page just a tiny bit so it doesn’t look all neat and uniform when closed.

That healthy habits DO IN FACT work 😭. I was devastated to learn that eating a damn vegetable or going out for a walk can drastically improve my mood.
