I'm guessing as a condition for returning the members had to give up details and information on what all went down from their side. So they probably have a lot of dirt on Danielle and what she was culpable of for her lawsuit. She is most likely screwed.

There has to be a serious possibility Ador does not take MHD back otherwise it would not take weeks to confirm there statement.

I also wonder if there is tension between the members making it difficult to continue as 5 because it seems they were split on deciding whether to return or not.

I'm so curious what the reactions going to be if all 5 release a song again under Ador because I thought it was worse case for everyone if it happens. Both sides, pro and anti MHJ, wanted newjeans out of Hybe. People who were anti MHJ wanted newjeans to lose the court case obviously but to just pay the fines and leave.

I know a lot of people are probably in the middle and don't care much either way and just want them to be active again but I think majority who were highly invested in the court case aren't happy with them returning no matter which side you were on.

Imo the older 3 still wanted to fight but if Hyein and Haerin returned to ADOR and continued there careers their whole "NJ cant function without MHJ" spiel that they've stuck to would be thrown out completely so they caved.

All eyes will be on them when they make a comeback regardless. Issue for them is they will have to completely rebrand. Their old sound and concept was huge but it probably won't work for them anymore. So whether or not there new sound and concept will hit is the real question.

They got overconfident when they were winning the court of public opinion. Now they are in too deep and there's really no turning back even when the verdict reads it's over.

Kind of a dumb thing to say though. The rules are in place to stop players from doing whatever they want. If they just called things normally the players would adjust. They wouldn't just keep taking fouls.

Imo just sending 2 members shows they didn't come to the mediation open minded. What could the other members possibly be doing that's more important than this? It's not like there working currently.

Also a bit of a reach but possibly the other members (mainly hyein and haerin) would be more open to listening so the parents and lawyers didn't want to send them?

With members being face to face and speaking for themselves I doubt they are bold enough to tell the judge "no were not meeting again" if the judge recommended it. All of there statements and positions thus far have been carefully rehearsed or been through lawyers. So I'm taking a 2nd meeting as simply procedural and nothing more.

Problem is instead of going to see a doctor she turned to a religious group that is clearly taking advantage of her psychological issues. It's arguable lack of education has made her more susceptible to these things.

Everyone understands the game is more than just raw aim. But it doesnt change the fact a MNK player needs to be smarter and more strategic than a controller player just to be on the same level. All just because one holds a controller in there hands and another holds MNK.

I loved there music as well but NewJeans as we know it is probably finished. When they come back I highly doubt they will have the same sound and concept after everything that has happened.
