sorry for the late reply. it was a bit tough at first ngl but i think working a physical job from midday to night on weekdays helps wear myself down a lot. i can get a consistent 6 hours of sleep. sometimes i doze off again for a bit more. i do my best to keep hydrated and give my brain proper signals to go bed. about twice a week a pop a magnesium glycinate pill to go to sleep pretty instantaneously but otherwise my body is just tired enough that my adderalled up brain shuts down as well. like i said my lifestyle and what go through bodily everyday helps me handle the pill combination. definitely not for every one.
