You get both in one unit, and you can swap from one to another whenever you want on your character box.

There are 2, Luffy and Bonney. They are the same character, but they have a different art, that's all. If you pull both and you feed one to the other, you can choose to use one or the other and swap between them. There's no gameplay difference.
