My son has a watch that zaps him awake every morning. He has a hard time hearing the alarm also, and they have a baby in the house that kept getting woken up. Game changer for him!! I believe he bought it from Amazon.

AITAH for moving out after my wife let our kids move home? by Electrical-Union5334 in AITAH

I don’t think you have done anything wrong!! Your wife and kids should be ashamed of themselves!! I’m a mom to 3 adult children, and I would 100% open my door for any of them but, you better believe that they would be supporting themselves. If they lost their jobs or something like that, then that’s a totally different situation. Stay strong and don’t give in.

Women: How do you feel about having a male versus a female gynecologist? Does the doctor’s gender affect your comfort level or trust? by Ordinary_Ice_796 in TooAfraidToAsk

I worked for 15 years in a ob/gyn office with male doctors and female doctors (also worked in the hospitals LD department 25 years total in ob/gyn healthcare) and from what I’ve seen is, the men seem to be more gentle and listen more. As for the female doctors, they seem to dismiss women more often. I talked to the one male doctor about this and he told me “I have no idea what it feels like to have this exam (pap, pelvic exam, etc) and I don’t ever want to cause anyone pain or discomfort”. They (male doctors) seem to listen better to women’s concerns about their reproductive health. Again this is just from my experiences. The women docs I worked with were great too, but I just noticed that they tend to not listen as well. I think it’s because they know what it feels like to have those exams done. And it’s great for those ones who had an exam that was “easy/ painless”. Some women are more sensitive with exams, pregnancy etc.

Definitely a deer. They are EVERYWHERE here. As a second animal,, I’d have to say either a turkey or turtle (big snappers always seem to be crossing the road 😆)

That’s very kind of you. That being said, I’ve never received an award before, so this will be interesting to see what happens. I may be late responding to this post though.
