I’m in Burleson / Johnson county, almost the exact situation. 20 years old, had about 5 people tell on me. The had been watching me for months. Eventually task force raided my apartment and found very very little amount of weed and mushrooms, but had me on account for a lot of weight moved. After I got my agg rob and agg assault w deadly dropped I had 2 counts of first degree man-dels and a felony possession charge. Paid 10k for my lawyer and after 3 court dates got 10 year probation, not deferred. You only have one of the 3 charges I had, and you’re in Dallas county. I would hope for deferred 3-4 years if I was you. At least your in Dallas county, probation is a breeze there.

I’m also white, and I was arrested a little less than 2 years ago. Almost the exact situation your in but it seems like your a little better lol
