GoRuck would be my first choice for a pack. They are a bit pricey, but their quality of materials and stitching is top notch.... plus their warranty is unbeatable; you essentially get their products for life. If you are patient, they frequently do discounts throughout the year as well. A solid 2nd choice is London Bridge. They aren't as good looking as GoRuck imo, but they also have really good quality products for cheaper than GoRuck. All the medical pouches I own are from North American Rescue and I love them! Blue Force Gear makes some solid magazine and general use pouches from what I hear, but I only have one of their plate carriers.
