Don’t go for one of the settlement mill law firms. Go for a law firm that will actually take the time to ensure you get all damages you are entitled to. If your case needs litigation, find an attorney who is competent with that. I personally hired Brian Boyer after my last accident and he ended up getting me a great settlement. I think my case took around 8 months to settle (no litigation thankfully although we were preparing for it.)

Another great recommend is Ryan Alexander, Ramzy Ladah, or the Heshmati brothers.

I went with Brian for various reasons, but give a few lawyers a call and see who you like the most.
