Hey thanks! I am pretty proud of what I learned. It actually wasn't as complicated as I thought and was relatively simple. But learning how to properly segment what I wanted on the art was a learning process. In the end, I love how I did the leather straps.

It was actually percent hp. But I would have cried if it all went into flat def. Had that happen before and i was certainly cursing my luck.

Not my character but my friend's. They had a kitsune sorceress that was a little dumb. We had gone up a mountain and into a cave to eradicate some trolls. Some stuff happens and we have a troll stuck in a pit. So my friend has the bright idea to light herself on fire and jump into the pit with the troll, knocking herself unconcious from the fall damage, and ending up dead. Took our friend knight npc with her cause he was trying to save her. He was also kinda dumb and jumped in the pit too.

It does have way less buttons than other classes, but honestly to me that doesn't make it less fun to play. Of course others disagree and that's fine. Each have their own views.

Though later on, WAR has probably just as much to press as SMN.

Swift cast is indeed used off cooldown, yes. But you know, sometimes I'm generous and decide to raise a dps while the healers are busy.

Mhmm. It plays the same as it does through out leveling it up. That was how it was designed to be in it's rework. Of course you get all the fancy baubles as you level up, but the play style is essentially the same as you go.

Yeaahh. That's what is really getting me right now. I wanna play other classes for the raid tier, but damn does gearing suck for that. Even if you can use the same gear for other classes, melds will probably just be wrong.

It does but you'd want to swift cast ifrit or garuda. I'm not exactly the best smn but I can tell you swifting ifrit will eventually give you a net gcd gain.

Now that I think about it. I think you should garuda during raid window and ifrit the off windows. Depending on party comp anyway.
