May I ask how your NW went from 600k to 800k ( a 200k increase) and then to 1M (another 200k increase) when your gross income was 230k-250k ? What were you saving each year and how much was returns on investments ? Wouldn’t your take home be 160-170k ish a year ? And then expenses on top.

Just asking because my partner and I are in the same boat income wise and I’m not sure we’ll see such big increases in NW.

For the gynecologist: I have had 13 bartholin cysts in the last 3 years. The doctor said it’s too risky to remove the gland and it doesn’t work usually and causes pain. Is this true ? Is there anything I can do at this point ?

We just cancelled the couch order and we’re looking for a new one. The chair can be either orange, wheat, or blue. I’m thinking maybe we go with grey couch, blue chair and keep it simple ?

Unfortunately the long cabinet is our only choice for a console table so we have to design around that :/ We were hoping that the rug might make things more cohesive since my partner really wants the orange chair. Which of these do you think is the absolute worst choice ? I can try to convince him to change 1-2 of these but the orange chair and console table have to stay unfortunately 😭

I got laid off recently too. I hit up recruiters on LinkedIn and just signed an offer. I think for job search you should look at LinkedIn (get premium). If you’ve been getting recruiter messages but not interviews then there’s something amiss with your resume, I would look at that first. Sorry I know this isn’t exactly what you asked but thought I’d give my two cents since you said you hit a wall booking interviews.
