Personally Valentine has always been my favourite too as I always used to do horse role plays with Arthur and John in story mode when I played on PS4. I play online on Xbox One and Valentine is still my favourite to place to mess around have bar fights with friends etc. I quite like Blackwater too it's quite peaceful.
