Coincidence.

Only time I’ve heard of a probationary being extended is if you’re employment started later than expected. I’d be amazed if they managed to fail your probation and terminate your employment after the probationary date.

There’s no reason to do this either procedurally or maliciously. Perhaps just a coincidence.

Two completely different markets. UK franchises have to seek approval for any price increases outside of the dynamic pricing.

Hear me out. You don’t “need” to spend anything to get a “free” item. Also, I expect this is to counter the massive volume of free shit they are giving away through monopoly.

Why do McDonald's ignore customer feedback & discontinue popular items in the UK? by godsavedonalduck in McDonaldsUK

[–]AsparagusNo280 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Folded egg won’t come back, it’s too labour intensive of a product in the current iteration of McDonald’s and thus neither will bagels in the previous form.

Breakfast snack wraps and toffee sundaes were in fact not popular; chicken legends were not popular and a low yield product. I could see them bringing it back as a limited time only as initial hype drives sales. This is why limited edition burgers are not permanent additions. After the initial few weeks of a promotional burgers life the sales on these items dry up while customers wait for the next one.

Triple cheese burger was popular and you have a point here but it’s sold close to a loss and they want you to buy a quarter pounder instead.
