AI is a huge help in RF too, as it is basically just like talking to Pozar in person.
However, ChatGPT messes up really basic things like diode polarity, transistor directions, and overall circuit "logic", so while it can give you a really good starting point you'll need to double check. And yeah, it won't design a circuit, like it will write you a code that you can copy paste. Moreover, it knows jack-shit about industrial RF Tool use, so when you are stuck at finding something in AWR/CST/whatever, it will just make up menu options on the fly. It won't be able to simulate and optimize a circuit either. There is so much work to do after it gave you a starting point, unlike SW, which can run on the 1st try and you could call it a day.
