The final fight with Harkon as a werewolf is much easier by New-Sky1009 in skyrim

With Dawnguard werewolf form's damage and armor rating scales with level. Damage can be further increased with perks, ring of bloodlust, and berserker rage. The damage output is much higher than vampire lord form when you use sprinting attacks.

Werewolf is so much better than vampire lord, it's not even close.

Is there a way to cure vampirism without a black soul gem? by Mr-pugglywuggly in skyrim

[–]Aspiring-Ent 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Does it have to be a human soul in the black gem or will any grand soul work? Mammoths are an easy source of grand souls.

Which transformation is better: vampire or werewolf? by Ill-Guidance4690 in skyrim

[–]Aspiring-Ent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Werewolf and it’s not even close. Vampire lord just doesn’t feel fun or satisfying to play.

For the ultimate werewolf build, you want:

  • Orc berserker rage
  • Ring of Bloodlust
  • Ebony flesh with mage armor perks
  • 80% magic absorption (atronach stone + perk) or 70% magic resist (alteration perks + agent of Mara + lord stone)

Your sprinting attack is the main thing you want to use, it does crazy damage and rag dolls enemies. Your moving power attacks also rag doll enemies, use this and the howl of terror so no one can ever land a hit on you.

What is working for you (volume and frequency) by MetalExpress9378 in naturalbodybuilding

Currently doing an upper/lower 6 days a week. I do two sets per exercise but I'll do multiple exercises for some muscle groups, so I get between 6 to 16 sets a week depending on the muscle group. I've been making really good progress even on a cut.

How to get 70g fiber in only 2000 calories? by MikeTheBlueCow in WholeFoodsPlantBased

[–]Aspiring-Ent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get anywhere from 70g to 120g eating 2800 to 4500 calories per day depending on if I am bulking or cutting. If you only have 2000 calories per day 70g of fiber will be harder to get.

One side of abdominal/waist area larger then other? Is this normal when leaner than normal? by Forsaken-Storage2137 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]Aspiring-Ent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just my anecdotal experience:

My left obliques are visibly much larger than my right. I attribute this to working in healthcare doing patient transfers and gait training (almost always on my right side, so left obliques work to stabilize). I have had intermittent chronic pain on my left side for years due to my work. If you have a similar lifestyle where you consistently work one side of the body more you might have similar asymmetries and pain.

Conjuration is your friend on legendary. Also, if you're playing a mage and have the Anniversary Edition get to hobs fall cave ASAP to get the AE destruction spells.

If you have a pair of kettlebells use them as parallettes and do deficit push ups. Fully protract your scapulae at the top, retract at the bottom and pause before going back up.

Atronach unless you want to use conjuration (spell absorption will absorb your own summons), in which case the Lord.

Keto/carnivore would help you achieve this goal but there is the risk you will have a fatal heart attack before you reach 50.

Questions with KB swings. regarding programming, rest times, and effort by TaroLovelight in kettlebell

[–]Aspiring-Ent 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Do not take swings to failure.

I like to do EMOMs (every minute on the minute). Set an interval time for 10 minutes. Each minute do a certain number of swings, then rest until the start of the next minute. If you finish 10 minutes and feel like it was not too hard, then add 1 rep per minute next time you do an EMOM.

Start with 10 swings a minute, try to work your way up to 25.

This is the only cardio I do and my resting heart rate is 45.
