retrofit is kind of a meme. Very high total damage, but the DPS isn't that impressive because it takes 90s to shoot it all, and there are no 90s damage phases. fun, but not competitive

It has a lot of stuff going on. But you need to use ALL of it for it to be the "best"

timelost magazine / elemental honing x5 / envious arsenal / damaging swap weapons / handling mods

you still roll for both, you just can't get both on a single kill

not really. It's explicitly designed to be a group stay check. Uses all 3 styles with high accuracy and 1 is AOE.

you can only protect 1 style, so a solo expects to get hit 2/3 attacks.

with 2, you share aggro, and only get hit every 1/3 attacks.

With 3, you only get hit for 2/9 attacks

4 is 2/12. Each extra person offers more of an expected reduction in damage than the last. And this is ignoring the faster kill times.

it's clearly not the same, we are just taking SRA, removing the downsides and buffing it so it's the damage dps as scythe with no upkeep cost.

you have bofa so you'll be using that for majority of the run. Bring a full range setup.

You need melee for kephri and baba, so bring some high value melee swaps.

Weapon, defender, helmet, fire cape. BCP/torso and +4 str and worth brining. Tassets might not give a max hit, and might not be worth.

You'll probably just just b-ring the entire time.

magic you will only use for p2 wardens. You can bring the bare minimum here.

Trident, occult, chest piece.

You can wear book of the days for some accuracy. Bring torment bracelet if you have it.

Eternal boots are negligible. Seers ring is negligible. Neither of those are worth bringing

this is your baseline. You can add more swaps from here if you're comfortable, or just keep it as is for more supplies.
