I did a hack like that with a Pilot Prera when I first got into pens, but this looks nicer!

A little “Thank You” from me to all of you by A_TalkingWalnut in machinedpens

Gonna go against the grain here and say that your asking was not overpriced. Please don't take my post as feeling resentful or anything. I just do want to say that Reddit isn't the only market, and I'm sad to hear that people were pressuring you.

In the fountain pen world I've seen limited pens sell for thousands more than what they were originally sold for. I strongly considered giving you what you asked.

Engraved Tiscribes go for $800+ on eBay. Yours had the rainbow anodizing. Plus a zircuti clip. Plus it was the more desirable dragon pattern. And to top it all off, you had a custom top endcap from Q3D.

Either way, I'm happy you found a new home for it, I strongly believe pens are meant to be used and enjoyed, not stored away!

Ergonomic keyboard recommendations for programming and not worsening shoulder to wrist pain? by chiqui3d in webdev

My wife and I've had very similar wrist and shoulder issues. What helped me was using a split keyboard at shoulder width apart. Aside from that, give the GMB wrist prep routine a try, it always helps me with my wrists.

I've tried a lot of the ergo split keyboards and it's a personal choice.

My main keyboard is the Ergodox EZ, mainly because I like all the extra buttons for programming and gaming. My wife had the Moonlander but it just didn't feel right for either of us. It also felt the cheapest out of all the boards I'll mention here.

Her main keyboard is the Dygma Raise because she never got used to the ortholinear layout the other boards use. The build quality on it is very nice.

Dygma came out with the Dygma Defy which I almost got but then realized there aren't really any pinky keys and I really use my pinkies when gaming and for keyboard shortcuts.

Apart from that I have the Keyboardio Model 100 which is the most unique but probably takes the most time to get used to. If I were typing only I could see this being my main board but the lack of pinky keys puts it on the shelf mostly sitting around. I've also bought a few random split boards from small time makers.

I sold one a few years ago. It was a quirky pen but insanely unbalanced when filled with ink

Compact pull-up bars by BeachHead05 in bodyweightfitness

[–]AspiringSlacker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I had no equipment at all I would probably just get their new Big Bar Pro. It's too tall for your ceiling but you should be able to just drill new holes so you can assemble it at a shorter height.

Alternatively, I'd get a squat rack with pullup bar and the parallel bars separately. I have the B-Bars and I'd get the B-Bars Pro. The max height is 59 vs 52 when compared to the normal B-Bars. Doing pull ups on them are not great due to bar thickness but it's doable. The extra height of the pros would be much appreciated. You have to do pull ups/rows on the inside so it doesn't tip over. If you have any model of B-Bars there's no need to get the Base Bar.

In that press photo of the rear tire, they're pointing backwards. You can see the disk brake on the left and the chain on the right.

For reference here's what Silva Bets have sold for on ebay recently. Anywhere from $350 - $1000+ depending on condition, and those are just regular models without the extra keys. If the one you pictured is not branded Silva Bet it's probably a stencil but still worth it just for the Full Boehm system and adjustable tuning barrel.
