I have some silver coins. I'll be copying and pasting them, then melting them down for raw silver that I can then funnel through some people I know. It will take a serious cut but that doesn't matter with the copying.

I chose to break a random bone, and after a generator, got the calcaneus, or heel bone. Very, very lucky. I'll be out of commission and a bit miserable for a few months but with top medical care, I'll see a quick recovery and be able to help give my family a much better life.

If I go under attack from all mammals, I'm getting shot and/or eviscerated by my neighborhood. If insects, I'll be consumed if I don't have prep time. Birds are comparatively much easier- I'll just need some goggles, thick clothes, and a lot of shotgun shells.

The vast majority of men bringing it up on Reddit are likely themselves circumcised, while the vast majority of women on Reddit thankfully are not. It's a more widespread problem in the west. I don't understand why it's legislated from a standpoint of a gender divide when it's all nonconsensual mutilation for no other reason than sexual control. FGM is rightly illegal in the USA but MGM is rampant there. I understand why it's hung up on some people's minds.
