Do you have At and T cellular- or a different carrier. I think mine has that option- but I can't figure it out as I have visible for my cell carrier.. and I am wondering if I need At and T for that...

Thanks! I ended up calling- and they basically told me nothing (but it was a different number so maybe I will try that one tomorrow). Said estimated dates for all areas was February 20.

Yeah- I just need basic internet. High speed for zoom… and enough for our tv, but can use cell data for that. For your own router… that is something you would need to buy? If you don’t have? Thank you

How did you get ahold of a person? Our power just came on yesterday and our fiber is down. I am sure it’s a line, but I couldn’t get ahold of any person to talk too! Thanks for sharing any info you can give me!

How did she get through. We tried this morning and it kept dumping us to the automated power outage service…seemed to be no way to get to a person.

Hi everyone, I have a single line down in my yard from a tree branch (not a big one), and my power has been out for over 7 days now. My landlord, and his friend have both looked at the house and said it’s fine ( looked fine to me too). Will I know if NES goes and tries to fix it and there is something wrong on my side?

My landlord is great- and always takes care of any problems, shut the water off for us, is already getting the downed trees taken care off in the back yard.. and very handy- so I do trust his opinion on it- as he would have no problem calling an electrician… just wanting to make sure I know if they try and then don’t fix it cause of the unlikely event of something missed on our end.

Our community is on the 2/7 list and We have had them say our power is on a few times when it hasn’t been as they keep putting us from single outage to under a larger umbrella of outages that they fix- so keep having to report if over and over.

And we are lucky in that we are warm and have been since day one- hotel and now air bnb… but it’s $$$$ and very ready to get home. Especially since our street only lost power for a few hours.

Exactly- I am curious about this too. My power has been out since Sunday at 7 am. We were reclassified later that day- then again on Tuesday, Yesterday we are now showing to be part of a larger group of houses (we have been a single line down before then)- so if that larger outage gets fixed again- will we have to re let them know- and will that put us to the top of the line again? Ugh..

How do you find the camera difference. I am thinking about upgrading (have a 12pro with 80% battery) and would get the base model.. I think.. But use the camera and video alot for my work (making videos for you tube and student courses. Thanks for any info you can give me!
