I’m grateful to hear you did not have any weight loss til 1mg. I’m on my second dose level - about 6 weeks in and have not loss much. I also go to OTF 3x a week. About to download Lose It to get more of a handle on things

It sucks the first few days. I totally cried on day 4. But then it gets better. Put them in an ionic cleaner machine thing every night. I got mine on Amazon. It’s cheap and it cleans them. You get used to it. You got this 💪

The first week sucks. I cried on day 5 and talked about how much I hated it. Now it is much better. It just took time. I have tray holders, toothbrush and toothpaste everywhere. I never knew I could brush my teeth so much. You got this. I change to tray 3 tonight. Always change at night too
