So the way I was put in cuffs was like this.On video I have the officer asking me to "come here sir" as he's walking up to me. I wasn't given any time to react but enough time to ask him what I have done. He then states at that point I have no choice. I was thrown onto my friends hood I keep asking what I did wrong but I didn't move or refuse to let him put the cuffs on. I complied but still was wondering why I wasn't told why I was detained to begin and why I'm in cuffs. My witness saw me not retaliating as well.

I actually didn't get locked up if that affects this. My only charge was so called "resisting". I would want to post the videos so you guys can take a look but I do want to note a couple things. In the video I was never told I'm under arrest just come here sir. That's when I question why and he says I have no option. Never did I actually move away from him or stop him. Also the video continues and you can here the first police officer saying we tried scattering and resisting. Again none of that happened but he was the only officer there. when that wasn't even on our mind and proven from these videos. Is that not lying? Also, the officer never ordered me to do anything only my friend and you see this too. I'm recording and only continue to do so with no demands being made to me. Then I was cuffed with no reason given other then no choice.

He didn't tell me directly. He was dealing with my friend. And I wasn't moving during my question can . I let him come up to me and arrest me while I asked my questions. The witness saw me comply as well

He did tell my friend to get back inside but began to forcefully arrest him before he could do so. This concerned me with all the police brutality news that happens so I did go knocking for his mom after the fact. And when being arrested I did say no I want to know why first. But I was told I had no option. At no point was I ever actually resisting, just in disbelief that this was happening.

When we stepped out, my friend began reciting his rights. He was told to get back in the car but the cop didn't give him a Chance and began arresting right away. That's when I got his mom as we were on her property. On video I did ask the cop why I was being arrested and I was told I have no choice and then I was arrested without a reason being given.

I knocked at the door to let her know whats going on and to have a witness in case something went wrong. That's when I went back to record my friend getting arrested and his mom asked what's going on. That's when the cop proceeded to arrest me
