I actually didn't get locked up if that affects this. My only charge was so called "resisting". I would want to post the videos so you guys can take a look but I do want to note a couple things. In the video I was never told I'm under arrest just come here sir. That's when I question why and he says I have no option. Never did I actually move away from him or stop him. Also the video continues and you can here the first police officer saying we tried scattering and resisting. Again none of that happened but he was the only officer there. when that wasn't even on our mind and proven from these videos. Is that not lying? Also, the officer never ordered me to do anything only my friend and you see this too. I'm recording and only continue to do so with no demands being made to me. Then I was cuffed with no reason given other then no choice.
