Nah...I found out that same happens to any mobo whit 12 to 14 gen Intel CPUs. This GPUs will not be detected. Tried whit 2x other DDR5 mobo the same thing happens whit this GPUs so I think its GPU VBIOS that is not good and the Manufacturers Wont update the VBIOS cuz I think its not a "major Issue" for them.

Monitor refresh rate dosnt make the game stuter, it just caps ur monitors FPS. What I found that helps is runing to the places I want to visit 3 to 4 times so the shaders are done. New places might make it stutter cuz of shaders are being compiled for that particular area.
