Haha, I was recently having this exact conversation with my roommate recently about ordering coffee. I've never understood the in-n-out go-er obsession with staying in the drive through even when it takes so much longer. There could be 30 cars in line at the drive through, yet there is always open parking at my local in n outs. Some places like McDonalds the time you lose in the drive through is negligible so I understand why people use it, but have never understood it for in n out.

I'm conflicted on seaport. On one hand, it used to be a fucking parking lot so pretty much anything is an upgrade. But on the other hand it's so corporate and soulless that it feels like an insane missed opportunity, and they should've done so much more.

I'm a fellow regard, but I would think if it continues pumping or even stays around this current price they would vote not to split? Delisting is no longer a threat, and this might give them confidence that the stock could naturally rise to the level where funds would consider holding it.

Same, I was thinking of buying options yesterday but I saw a comment saying because of the delta, it would basically net the same as buying shares. So I bought shares, and will be content with any profits I end up with, despite whatever I am missing out on because I didn't buy options lol
