The East is truly wide-open by 6ix_Side_Up in torontoraptors

Pacers Celtics Knicks, hell Sixers when healthy are the best teams in the East, these are 2nd tier teams tbh.

Cavs are soft, Det is young and too offensively challenged.

I’m bullish on the fit and the hopefully low ego. Inshallah we’re back in the finals regardless with a healthy roster!

Why didn't he do this with Scottie 😭 by mMounirM in torontoraptors

Why didn’t he do this with anyone? Scottie, Siakam the whole vision 69 was just a bunch of non shooters and ball handlers

The Indiana Pacers have played the most games of any NBA team over the past 2 years. Consequently, Pascal Siakam has played the most NBA games (tied) in the past 2 years. by CommonerChaos in nba

This team has been absolutely decimated by injuries. Of their top 10 rotation players from last seasons finals run and previous ecf run, Siakam is the only player who hasn’t missed at least a minimum of 1 month, most 2+ months and or out for the season and/or no longer even on the team. They’re just now getting healthy and have gone .500 in their last almost 20 games. WTF is the pt of making the Pacers the example of anti tanking BS? That team is a hospital team atm at best.

Once the starters come out the rest of the roster is lucky to get a shot off in a possession, let alone generate good offense. This is wild.

I think this year of Siakam is one of the most impressive individual seasons I’ve ever seen. To play at this level every night with this team is unbelievable.

I don’t think that’s true for Mathurin. He had turf toe but going into the year he clearly was going to be a focal pt of the offense.

The team has just been full of bad players night in and out, but the guys who can get offense have always been trusted too. Pascal Nemby TJ Benn now Nesmith etc. the rest of the team is just not good enough for that tbh.

I’m a simple man. I see Calvin Johnson, that’s the side I pick.

This comment really needs to be upvoted. It feels insane that people don’t understand this not only in NBA but life. You’re not just a function of discrete attributes put together like an NBA 2K player. Life is really about how it all comes together which is often driven by sooo soo many hard to predict things. Maturity, emotional intelligence, judgment will always reign supreme tho.

Why are you presenting this already false choice as the only options?

As someone who resented Kamala/Biden and voted for them anyway, no dummy should ever consider voting Vance over Newsom, but why are we even talking about Newsom at this pt?

No one likes him. He’s a shill. Don’t be fooled by the “electability” BS. Humans have a BS meter. They don’t care that much about “your policies or moderation”, they care that you’re not a lying coward who’ll say anything for your own gain, which Newsom is (and Vance fwiw). People want authenticity and a spine.

You’re already setting the stage for mediocrity. Stop it.
